How was it built?
Trade Solutions AI was built on the back of 25 years experiencing every aspect of running a landscaping business as an owner-operator. Every tool available was tried, and every one of them missed the point — none of them solved the real problem of getting more customers, following up professionally, and getting your evenings back. That's the gap Trade Solutions AI was built to fill.
Why "growth-first"?
Most trade software focuses on operations — GPS tracking, timesheets, staff monitoring. Useful, but it doesn't help you win more work. TSAI leads with lead generation, marketing automation, and AI customer acquisition. Operations tools are included, but growth comes first.
Is this only for landscapers?
No. While Trade Solutions AI was born from the landscaping industry, the platform is built for all trades. Pricing & Plans
How much does it cost?
Three plans: Starter at $497/month, Growth at $997/month, and Elite at $1,497/month. All prices are in AUD. No lock-in contracts.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime. If the platform isn't delivering value, you shouldn't be forced to stay.
Which plan is right for me?
Starter is best for solo operators getting their first proper business systems in place. Growth is for teams ready to scale lead generation and automate marketing. Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime. Your data, contacts, and settings carry over. Many contractors start on Starter or Growth and move to Elite once they see the value.
Are there setup fees?
No hidden setup fees. Your monthly subscription covers the platform, hosting, and your smart website. Onboarding support varies by tier — Starter includes self-guided setup, Growth includes guided setup, Elite includes full white-glove onboarding.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for a period after cancellation so you can export what you need. Your smart website and AI services deactivate at the end of your billing period. No cancellation penalties
What are the add-ons?
Six optional add-ons are available across all plans: Social Media Management (content scheduling, posting & engagement), Content Creation (professional photos, videos & copy), Integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, Tradify, Jobber + more), SEO (search engine optimisation for local visibility), Coaching Program (structured business coaching to grow and scale), and Digital Leads Funnel (high-converting landing pages & funnel sequences to capture and convert enquiries). What is the Smart Website?
A professional, SEO-optimised website built within the platform. Mobile-responsive, integrated with the CRM and all lead capture systems, and it comes with 3 design templates per subscription. Available on all plans.
What is the Website Chat Widget?
An AI-powered chatbot embedded on your smart website. It engages visitors, answers common questions, captures contact details, and qualifies leads — even when you're on the tools. Available on all plans including Starter.
What is the AI Voice Assistant?
A 24/7 phone answering system that answers calls to your business number, captures lead details, qualifies enquiries, and books appointments. It handles after-hours calls so you never miss a lead. Available exclusively on the Elite plan at $1,497/month.
What's the difference between the Chat Widget and the AI Voice Assistant?
The Chat Widget is a text-based AI chatbot on your website — it handles website visitors. The Voice Assistant answers actual phone calls. Chat Widget is on all plans. Voice Assistant is Elite only. Two separate products, two separate channels
Can the AI write my quotes?
The AI assists with the professional structure — scope of works, terms and conditions, contractual obligations, and variation clauses. You always control the line items, material specifications, quantities, and labour pricing. Think of it as a professional admin assistant who handles the paperwork while you handle the expertise.
Does it handle invoicing?
Yes. Invoicing and payment tracking with overdue payment reminders is included on all plans.
How does automated follow-up work?
You set up sequences — a series of emails and/or SMS messages that trigger based on events. Someone fills out your contact form, they automatically get a response, then a follow-up the next day, then a check-in a week later. Starter includes basic sequences. Growth and Elite include multi-step conditional workflows.
What marketing features are included?
Marketing Automation (email and SMS campaigns) and AI Content Generation are available from Growth. Review and Reputation Management is available from Growth. Social Media Management is available as a paid add-on across all plans.
Does it integrate with Google?
Yes. Google Business Profile integration is included on all plans.
What existing tools does it work with?
TSAI connects with Xero, QuickBooks, Tradify, Jobber, and more. No ripping and replacing — it works alongside the tools you already use.
AI & Technology
Is the AI Voice Assistant a real person?
No, it's an AI agent — but designed to sound natural and professional. It captures caller details, qualifies what they need, and books appointments. If a call needs human attention, it takes a message and alerts you immediately.
Will AI replace me?
Not a chance. The trade industry is AI-proof — nobody's replacing humans to dig, build, and landscape. AI handles the business admin: answering phones, following up leads, managing marketing. You keep doing the craft.
Can the AI book appointments?
Yes. Both the Website Chat Widget and the AI Voice Assistant (Elite) can book appointments directly into your calendar.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Industry-standard encryption and security. Your client data and business information are protected. We don't sell or share your data.
Does it work on mobile?

Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Depends on your plan. Starter includes self-guided onboarding — most contractors are up and running within a week. Growth includes guided setup. Elite includes white-glove onboarding where we set everything up with you.
I'm not tech-savvy. Can I still use this?
Yes. Toby built this as someone who spent 25 years on the tools, not behind a desk. There is a learning curve — we're honest about that — but the interface is designed for tradespeople and we provide real support to get you through it.
What support do I get?
Starter includes email support. Growth includes email and chat. Elite includes priority support with phone access. All plans include community and training access.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Import from spreadsheets, other CRMs, or manual entry. Onboarding walks you through migrating your existing client database.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Your subscription includes a smart website. We build it as part of your onboarding. Many contractors arrive with no website or an outdated one — their new site becomes one of their biggest lead generation assets.
